Quotes and bookings

Website package prices are FROM prices. We confirm the exact scope and quote for your property before booking. Premium and luxury homes are quoted individually. Bookings are confirmed once accepted.

Property preparation

The property must be clean and photo-ready on arrival. Please arrange access and prepare the spaces you would like captured. For indoor drone fly-throughs, the route must be suitable and clear of obstacles.

Delivery

Shoots completed before 12:00 are delivered the same day. Shoots completed after 12:00 are delivered by 09:00 the next morning. Edited media only is supplied; raw files are not supplied.

Drone flights and safety

Drone flights are weather-dependent and carried out in line with South African aviation regulations. Safety determines whether a flight can proceed. If a flight cannot be done safely, that part of the shoot is rescheduled.

Media licence and portfolio use

Media is licensed for marketing the specific property photographed or filmed. Eagle Eye may use the media in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please discuss any restrictions before the shoot.

Cancellations and payment

Late cancellations may carry a fee. Final delivery may be held until payment where agreed. Any applicable booking and payment arrangements are confirmed with your exact quote.
