When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect your name, agency or business (if supplied), phone number, email address, property address or suburb, property size or bedrooms, requested package, additional services, selected date and shoot slot, notes and your consent. We also record the time of your enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare an exact quote, discuss availability, organise property access and arrange a shoot. Submitting the form requires your consent. Your enquiry is not an automatic booking and does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our private booking database. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your enquiry and service providers supporting the website and storage. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information and do not sell your enquiry details.
How long we retain it
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to manage your enquiry, deliver the agreed service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask about the retention or deletion of your enquiry.
Your POPIA rights
You may request access to your information, correct inaccurate details, withdraw consent or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Contact us on WhatsApp to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which handles information under its own privacy terms. External websites, including the footer credit link, have their own policies. Only share information needed for your property enquiry.
Website functionality
Operational logs and website analytics may record technical usage information to support site performance and security. The booking form does not require an account. Do not put sensitive personal information into the notes field.
